制造业与物流业耦合对制造企业生产率的影响——基于产业共生视角 被引量:31

The Impact of the Coupling of Manufacturing Industry and Logistics Industry on the Productivity of Manufacturing Enterprises:A Perspective of Industry Symbiosis

摘要 在测度制造业与物流业耦合协调度及共生度的基础上,检验两业耦合协调度与制造企业生产率之间的关系,并探讨两业共生度的组合构型对制造企业生产率的异质性影响。结果表明:中国制造业与物流业基本实现高度耦合协调,正向非对称共生,仍需优化;两业耦合协调度正向促进制造企业生产率,并具有滞后性;相较于两业共生不匹配构型,共生匹配构型更利于提升制造企业生产率;相较于物流业对制造业低共生度低、制造业对物流业高共生度组合构型,物流业对制造业高共生度、制造业对物流业低共生度组合构型下的制造企业生产率更高;随两业双向共生度同步增大,共生匹配构型下的制造企业生产率递增。 On the basis of measuring the degree of coupling coordination and symbiosis between manufacturing industry and logistics industry, the relationship between the degree of coupling coordination and the productivity of manufacturing enterprises was examined,and the heterogeneous effects of configurations of symbiosis on the manufacturing enterprises’ productivity and their mechanisms were explored further.The results show that manufacturing industry and logistics industry are almost in a highly coupled and coordinated state in China,and the two industries are almost in a positive asymmetric symbiotic state,but there is still space for optimization.The degree of coupling coordination between the two industries has a significant positive effect on the productivity of manufacturing enterprises,and this positive effect has a certain lag.Compared with the case of twoindustry symbiotic misfit,the case of symbiotic fit is more conducive to improving the productivity of manufacturing enterprises. Manufacturing enterprises’ productivity is higher under the configuration,high symbiosis degree of logistics industry to manufacturing industry and low symbiosis degree of manufacturing industry to logistics industry, than under its reverse configuration. With the synchronous increase of two-way symbiosis degree,the productivity of manufacturing enterprises in the case of symbiosis fit accelerates.
