血清可溶性ST2水平对射血分数中间型心力衰竭患者预后的预测价值

Prognostic value of serum level of soluble ST2 in heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction

目的了解血清可溶性(sST2)水平对射血分数中间型心力衰竭(HFmrEF)患者预后的预测价值。方法300例HFmrEF患者检测血清sST2水平,并随访1年,用多因素Logistic回归分析sST2水平与心血管事件的关系。结果Logistic回归分析显示,血清sST2水平为HFmrEF患者心血管事件的独立危险因素(OR=1.03,95%CI=1.00~1.05,P<0.05)。结论血清sST2水平对HFmrEF患者心血管事件具有预测价值。

Objective To investigate the prognostic value of serum level of soluble ST2(sST2)in heart failure with midrange ejection fraction(HFmrEF).Methods Serum sST2 level was detected in 300 patients with HFmrEF underwent 1-year follow-up.The relationship between sST2 level and cardiovascular events was evaluated by multivariate Logistic regression.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that serum sST2 level was an independent risk factor for cardiovascular events in HFmrEF patients(OR 1.03,95%CI 1.00-1.05,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum sST2 level may be helpful to predict the cardiovascular events in HFmrEF patients.
