皮维碘软膏外敷治疗溃疡Ⅲ期褥疮患者的效果观察

Effect of external application of betadine ointment in the treatment of patients with PhaseⅢbed sore

目的了解皮维碘软膏外敷对褥疮患者的应用效果。方法40例褥疮患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。在常规干预的基础上,对照组的溃疡面给予磺胺嘧啶银乳膏均匀涂抹;观察组予刺激创面皮肤,并给予皮维碘软膏外敷处理。对比两组的干预效果、护理满意度和生活质量。结果治疗7 d后,观察组的褥疮治疗情况和护理满意度均明显优于对照组,躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能和物质生活得分高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论在常规干预的基础上给予皮维碘软膏外敷处理,能够进一步提高褥疮的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of external application of betadine ointment in the treatment of patients with bed sore.Methods A total of 40 patients with bedsores admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into the Observation Group and Control Group,20 cases in each group.On the basis of routine intervention,the Control Group received the treatment of even application of the silver sulfadiazine cream on the ulcer surface while the Observation Group received the treatment of ulcer surface stimulation and the external application of betadine ointment.The intervention effect,nursing satisfaction and life of quality of the two groups were compared.Results After 7 d treatment,the Observation Group had the treatment of bedsore and nursing satisfaction significantly superior to the Control Group,and had the scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and physical life higher than the Control Group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The external application of betadine ointment on the basis of routine intervention can further improve the therapeutic effect of bedsores and improve the quality of life of patients.
