2020年,在中国共产党历史上具有里程碑意义,我们即将实现全面建成小康社会的战略目标,这是一代代共产党人团结全国各族人民接力奋斗的结果。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在实现这个战略目标的"收官"阶段,将其在理论上提升、在实践上创新:赋予"全面建成小康社会"以科学内涵、不断提高和丰富"全面建成小康社会"的标准、形成"四个全面"战略布局、提出新征程"两步走"战略安排,解决了"谁来扶""怎么扶""扶持谁""如何退"等问题。当前,在脱贫攻坚决战决胜的"最后一公里",我们应提高政治意识,增强决胜自信;坚持群众路线,增强决胜本领;发挥制度优势,增强决胜力量。我们坚信,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,必将如期打赢脱贫攻坚战。

In 2020,a milestone in the history of the CPC,we are about to achieve the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.This grows out of the united efforts of generations of the CPC members and all nationalities in China;it must also be pointed out that the Party Central Committee,with President Xi Jinping at its core,has,in the"final"stage of achieving this strategic goal,upgraded it in theory and innovated it in practice,giving scientific connotations to the criteria for"building a moderately well-off society in all its aspects",continuously improving and enriching the criteria,forming a grand strategy of"four comprehensives",proposing a strategic arrangement of"two steps"for the new journey,and solving such problems as"who to support","how to support","whom to support"and"how to withdraw".At present,in the"last kilometer"of the decisive battle against poverty,we should raise our political awareness to enhance our confidence in victory,adhere to the mass route to enhance our ability to win,and give full play to our institutional advantages to enhance our power to win.We are convinced that under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee,with President Xi Jin-ping at its core,we will win the battle against poverty on schedule.
