滤波反投影算法在光声层析成像中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 光声成像是一种新型的无损医学成像技术,将纯光学成像与纯声学成像结合起来,具有高对比度、高分辨率的优点,基于光声效应,针对叶脉图,设计了全环形传感器,并采用滤波反投影算法,通过选择合适的滤波器,对光声成像的图像重建算法进行了理论和实验研究,经仿真实验得出,使用滤波器进行反投影算法重建,虽然重建图像的中会出现震荡导致轻微失真,但成像结果清晰很多,可以有效地提高图像的分辨率,使用Hamming窗斜变滤波器的重建结果明显优于Ram-Lak滤波器。 Photoacoustic imaging is a new kind of non-destructive medical imaging technology.It combines pure optical imaging with pure acoustic imaging,which has the advantages of high contrast and high resolution.Based on photoacoustic effect,a full ring sensor for the leaf vein image is designed,and adopts the filter back projection algorithm is aolopted.By selecting the appropriate filter,the image reconstruction algorithm of photoacoustic imaging is studied theoretically and theoretically experimental research,through the simulation experiment,it is concluded that the reconstruction results of the back projection algorithm using the filter are much clearer,which can effectively improve the resolution of the image.The reconstruction results using the Hamming window skew filter are obviously better than the Ram-Lak filter.
