摘要
针对大量程高精度无线信道模拟器路径时延,创新性的提出一套校准方法,可实现1MHz^6GHz、时延范围0ms^1.3s、最大允许误差±1ns的路径时延校准。详细阐述了实现大时延高精度校准的原理,介绍了校准系统构建和校准步骤,分析了不确定度。最后,以不同厂家不同型号的无线信道模拟器为被测件,进行了实验,验证了方法的可行性。该方法可用于指导大量程高精度无线信道模拟器路径时延的验收和周期溯源,填补了国内在该领域的空白。
This paper proposes a calibration method for wide-range and high-precision path delay of wireless channel emulators with frequency from 1 MHz to 6 GHz,which can realize the calibration of delay from 0 msto 1.3 s with maximum permissible error is±1 ns.In this paper,the principle of calibrating wide-range and high-precision delay was elaborated in detail,the configuration of calibration system and testing process,how to evaluate measurement uncertainty was analysed.At last,doing experiment with wireless channel emulators from different factory with different model to prove the method is practicable.This method could guide the acceptance checking and periodic tracing for wide-range and high-precision path delay of wireless channel emulators,and it fill in gaps of this filed of domain.
