比例顶升控制系统的设计与应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对建筑物倾斜纠偏等工程需要解决多点不同位移抬升问题,设计了一套比例顶升控制系统。系统采用LabVIEW为上位机设计人机交互界面,压力传感器和拉线位移传感器反馈控制信号实现闭环控制,PLC为控制核心控制液压千斤顶进行顶升作业,比例顶升算法是基于模糊PID控制算法改进的,控制各顶升点按顶升目标值的相同百分比进行顶升。实验结果表明,比例顶升算法保证顶升过程中,各顶升点承载压强均未超过上限值30 MPa,有效保障纠偏过程中建筑物结构安全等关键问题,同时缩短了25%左右的施工周期。 A proportional jacking control system is designed to solve the problem of different displacements in building tilting and rectifying engineering.The system uses LabVIEW as the upper computer to design the human-computer interaction interface,the pressure sensor and the pull displacement sensor feedback control signal to realize the closed-loop control,PLC as the control core to control the hydraulic jack to carry on the jacking operation,the proportion of jack-up algorithm is based on improved fuzzy PID control algorithm,control the starting point in the same percentage of jack-up target jack-up.The experimental results show that the proportional jacking algorithm ensures that the bearing pressure of each jacking point does not exceed the upper limit value of 30 MPa during the jacking process,effectively guarantees the safety of the building structure during the rectification process,and shortens the construction period by about 25%.
