摘要
选取了气煤、肥煤、焦煤3种不同变质程度的单种炼焦煤,在终温950℃下干馏成焦。通过显微图像分析法测量得到了焦炭的气孔结构参数,通过热重分析测量得到了炼焦煤热解挥发分产生过程,通过基氏塑性仪测量得到了炼焦煤的热解软化流动过程。结果发现,炼焦煤挥发分的产生与软化流动行为的相互作用决定了焦炭气孔结构的差异。
In this study,three kinds of individual coking coals with different ranks were selected,i.e.gas coal,fat coal and main coking coal,which are carbonized into coke at the end of coking temperature 950℃.The pore structure parameters of coke were measured by micrograph analysis.The pyrolysis volatilization process of coking coal was measured by thermogravimetric analysis and the pyrolysis softening flow process of coking coal was measured by Gieseler plasticizer.The results show that the interaction between volatilization and softening flow of coking coal determines different microporous structures of the coke.
