摘要
蒸氨废水COD指标偏高对酚氰废水处理系统的稳定运行产生诸多不利影响。酒钢焦化厂从全流程进行了原因分析,采取了优化配煤比、调整炉顶空间温度等措施,使蒸氨废水COD指标趋于稳定。同时对生化系统操作指标进行了相应调整,使微生物的正常代谢不受影响,出水指标稳定合格。
If COD level in stripped water goes high,it would do no good to the stability of phenolcyanide waste water treatment system.Analysis was made from overall process,with Coking Plant of Jiugang(Group)as an example.Measures were taken,such as coal blend ratio was optimized and free space temperature on oven roof was adjusted,which could eventually stabilize the COD level in the stripped water.Biological index were adjusted to the extent that the normal metabolism of microorganism can stay away from influence and its effluent can remain stably acceptable.
