摘要
通过优化催化剂仓、灰仓保温效果、氨气气源及气力输灰系统,使脱硫灰仓布袋阻力保持在1.2 kPa以下,保证了脱硫脱硝引风机的抽引风量,从而确保了焦炉正常加热需要的吸力,最终保证焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝整体装置的正常运行。
Through optimization of thermal insulation for catalyst bin and dust bin,NH3 supply system and pneumatic dust conveying system,the bagfilter resistance can be maintained below1.2 k Pa.It can ensure the suction volume of the ID fan for DeSOx and DeNOx so that proper suction for normal coke oven heating can be maintained and stable operation can be ensured for the whole DeSOx and DeNOx unit for coke oven flue gas treatment.
