摘要
采用有限元分析方法,借助HyperMesh软件建立了天线罩测试转台的全机有限元计算模型,并归纳了同类机械结构有限元建模过程中的几个重点问题;使用RADIOSS求解器进行仿真计算,得到了转台结构的静动态特性分析结果,并根据分析结果对结构设计提出了相关优化依据。
Using the finite element analysis method, the finite element calculation model of the Radome test turntable is established with the help of HyperMesh software, and several key problems in the finite element modeling process of similar mechanical structures are summarized;the simulation calculation is carried out using RADIOSS solver, the static and dynamic characteristic analysis results of the turntable structure are obtained, and the relevant optimization basis for the structural design is put forward based on the analysis results.
