转制科研型企业高价值专利培育路径

目前,高价值专利成为知识产权界研究的重点,但是还没有关于高价值专利统一的定义。文章重点阐述了针对转制科研型企业高价值专利的定义、高价值专利的培育路径,分析了在新经济形态下高价值专利运营所遇到的问题并提出了对策。

At present, high value patents have drawn more attention by us but the definition of high value patents has not yet formed a standard. For transformed institutes, this paper focuses on the definition of high value patents, the cultivation path of high value patents and the problems encountered in the operation of high value patents in the new economic situation. At last, this paper proposes some suggestions on how to solve the problems.
