不同荷电状态下锂离子电池热失控释放气体特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 锂离子电池的安全性与其荷电状态和环境温度紧密相关。为定量研究锂电池热失控危险性,利用自主搭建的实验平台,通过对不同荷电状态下的锂离子电池开展热失控实验,确定锂离子电池在不同荷电状态下热失控释放气体特性。利用克拉伯龙方程确定锂电池热失控时产生气体总量,利用GC-MS确定不同荷电状态下锂离子电池热失控释放气体成分。实验结果表明,不同荷电状态对锂离子电池热失控释放气体量有显著影响,锂电池热解气释放量及其表面温度均随着荷电状态的增加而单调递增。不同荷电状态对锂电池热失控释放气体成分影响较小。 The safety of lithium-ion battery is closely related to its state of charge and ambient temperature. In order to quantitatively study the risk of thermal runaway of lithium-ion battery, Based on the experimental platform, the thermal runaway experiments of lithium-ion batteries under different charged states were carried out to determine the characteristics of gas released from lithiumion batteries. Determination of the total amount of gas produced by thermal runaway of lithium battery by using Clapeyron equation,GC-MS was used to determine the components of gases released from thermal runaway of lithium battery under different charge states. The experimental results show that different state of charge has a significant effect on the amount of gas released from thermal runaway of lithium-ion battery, and the amount of gas released and the surface temperature of the battery increase monotonously with the increase of state of charge. Different states of charge have little effect on the gas composition of thermal runaway lithium battery.
