摘要
文章在厘清科技人才与科技创新协同发展机理基础上,构建了科技人才与科技创新复合系统的指标体系和协同度测度模型,并基于广东2010-2016年面板数据,对科技人才与科技创新的系统协同度进行了实证分析。结果表明,广东科技人才与科技创新系统协同度呈轻微波动上升态势,2016年达到良好协同状态。
On the basis of clarifying the synergetic development mechanism of scientific and technological(S&T) talentsandS&Tinnovation, this paper constructs the evaluation index system and composite system synergetic degree measurement model of S&T talents and S&T innovation, and it makes an empirical analysis on the composite system synergy degree of S&T talents and S&T innovation based on the panel data of Guangdong Province from 2010 to 2016. The results show that the synergies of S&T talents and S&T innovation composite system has showed increase tendency in fluctuation slightly and has reached a good level of synergy in 2016.
