摘要
安阳某聚酯新材料除盐水站设计处理水量80m^3/h,设计选用"多介质过滤+超滤+反渗透+混床"工艺,文章详细介绍了其工艺设计、设备配置及系统运行。该项目目前已建成并稳定运行多年,满足设计要求。
The designed treatment water volume of an polyester new material desalination station in Anyang is 80 m3/h. The process of "multi-media filtration + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis + mixed bed" was selected in the design. In this paper, process design and equipment configuration and system operation were introduced in detail. The project has been completed and operated steadily for many years, thus meeting the design requirements.
