摘要
随着国内汽车行业的快速发展,汽车通用深沟球轴承的需求量及质量要求不断提升。文章的背景是基于汽车零部件行业中的通用轴承自动生产线,研制一套适用于直径26mm-90mm的深沟球轴承自动装配单元的总体方案。该方案通过对轴承技术指标及轴承结构的研究,结合产品图纸及工艺要求,通过对重点工位机械模型的分析研究,确定装配单元的功能,提高轴承装配的精度、效率及企业效益。
With the rapid development of domestic automobile industry, the demand and quality requirements of GM deep groove ball bearings are constantly improving. Based on the general automatic production line of bearings in auto parts industry, a set of automatic assembly unit for deep groove ball bearings with diameters of 26 mm-90 mm is developed. Through the research of bearing technical index and bearing structure, combined with product drawing and process requirement, the function of assembly unit is determined by analyzing and studying the mechanical model of key station, and the precision, efficiency and enterprise benefit of bearing assembly are improved.
