摘要
中餐在不少国家与地区广受欢迎,食用调料用量是中餐美味程度的重要保障条件之一。文章对食材调料装置进行研究,利用SolidWorks软件设计了一种食用调料计量装置,通过理论计算与结构设计相结合,对颗粒、粉末调料采用螺旋杆和称重双重计量方式,提高了调料计量的精度与效率。对储料的密封性进行了研究,有效防止了调料受潮结块。外形的美观性符合人机工程学。研究结果为食用调料计量装置的设计提供了参考依据。
Chinese food is very popular in many countries and regions, and the amount of edible seasoning is one of the important guarantee conditions for the delicious degree of Chinese food. In this paper, the food seasoning device is studied, and a kind of edible seasoning metering device is designed by using SolidWorks software. Through the combination of theoretical calculation and structure design, the double metering methods of spiral rod and weighing are adopted for particle and powder seasoning, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of seasoning measurement. The tightness of the storage material was studied, and the moisture caking of the seasoning was effectively prevented. The aesthetic appearance accords with ergonomics. The research results provide a reference basis for the design of food seasoning metering device.
