锅炉在我国相关行业中的作用和效果不容忽视,并且在使用的过程中需要大量的专业技术人员进行相应的调整和养护,进而保证锅炉正常运行,避免在使用中出现安全隐患和事故,造成不必要的危害和影响。在文章的论述中将对于350MW超临界直流锅炉进行详细的分析,研究问题出现的根本原因,探究问题出现的关键点,并且采取相应的措施整合设备中出现的问题,优化现阶段工作人员的专业化能力,有效延长锅炉的使用寿命,提升作业过程中的安全系数。通过研究,旨在为相关行业和部门提供锅炉使用更为完善系统的形式,推进生产效率和质量的有效提升。
The role and effect of boilers in related industries in our country cannot be ignored, and a large number of professional and technical personnel are required to carry out corresponding adjustment and maintenance in the process of use, so as to ensure the normal operation of boilers, avoid potential safety hazards and accidents in use, and unnecessary hazards and impacts. In the discussion of this paper, the 350 MW supercritical once-through boiler will be analyzed in detail, the root causes of the problems will be studied, the key points of the problems will be explored, and corresponding measures will be taken to integrate the problems in the equipment, optimize the professional ability of the staff at this stage, effectively prolong the service life of the boiler, and improve the safety factor in the operation process.
