超临界直流锅炉的控制技术分析与研究

摘要 在当前社会经济快速发展的进程中,由于工业的发展促使环境污染问题日益严重,因此相关工业企业必须要强化节能减排,尽可能的提高资源利用效率。而超临界直流锅炉凭借着热效率较高、发电煤消耗量少等优势受到广泛的青睐和认可。因此文章主要分析超临界直流锅炉内置式启动系统,简述其核心控制系统,分析其控制特性,旨在进一步提高超临界直流锅炉控制技术水平。 In the current process of rapid social and economic development, due to the development of industry, the environmental pollution problem is becoming increasingly serious, so related industrial enterprises must strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction and improve the efficiency of resource utilization as much as possible. However, supercritical once-through boilers are widely favored and recognized for their high thermal efficiency and low consumption of electricity-generating coal. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the built-in startup system of supercritical once-through boiler, briefly describes its core control system and analyzes its control characteristics, aiming at further improving the control technology level of supercritical once-through boiler.
