一种便携式侧扫声呐舷侧支架的设计及实现

摘要 针对测量船进行侧扫声呐收放过程中人身和拖鱼存在安全隐患的问题,设计研制了一种便携式侧扫声呐舷侧支架。通过SOLIDWORKS对便携式侧扫声呐舷侧支架结构进行了设计,对零部件以及整体结构进行了力学分析和验算,基于ABAQUS有限元软件对不同工况下的侧扫声呐舷侧支架结构进行了有限元分析与仿真。最后,对便携式侧扫声呐舷侧支架进行加工制造以及安装测试,并对结构强度进行了验证。结果表明,该设备安全可靠,省时省力,可有效提高作业现场的工作效率。 A portable side scan sonar bracket is designed to solve the security flaws in the process of receiving and releasing side scan sonar.Using SOLIDWORKS,the shipboard bracket structure of portable side scan sonar is designed with the mechanical analysis and calculation for each part and the whole structure.The finite element analysis and simulation of the side scan sonar bracket structure under different working conditions are carried out based on ABAQUS.Finally,the portable side scan sonar bracket has been manufactured and installed,which verified its structural strength.The research results show that the equipment is safe,reliable,time-saving and labor-saving,thus can effectively improve the work efficiency.
