中国人群摄入腌制食品与原发性肝癌关系的Meta分析 被引量:2

Meta-analysis of the relationship between intake of pickled food in Chinese population and primary liver cancer

摘要 目的探讨中国人群摄入腌制食品与原发性肝癌的关系。方法联合检索中国知网(CNKI)全文数据库、万方医学网、维普、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library和PubMed等,收集公开发表的与中国人群摄入腌制食品与原发性肝癌关系相关的文献,提取资料,运用Stata12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入文献17篇(中文15篇,英文2篇),共9394例研究对象,病例组4451例,对照组4943例。结果显示,合并OR值及其95%CI为1.66和(1.49,1.84),表明摄入腌制食品与肝癌的发生具有正相关关系,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。亚组分析结果显示,对照来源于居民的各研究异质性低于对照来源于医院的研究,表明对照来源不同可能是本次研究异质性的主要来源。结论摄入腌制食品可能是原发性肝癌的危险因素,应大力提倡减少腌制食品的摄入,改善重口味的生活习惯,增加新鲜蔬菜水果的摄入,最终抵御肝癌的发生。 Objective To explore the relationship between intake of pickled food in Chinese population and primary liver cancer.Methods Combined with full text database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Medical Network,VIP,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library and PubMed,the published literatures related to the relationship between intake of pickled food in Chinese population and primary liver cancer were collected,and the data were extracted.Meta analysis was conducted by Stata12.0 software.Results Finally,17 literatures(15 Chinese literatures and 2 English literatures)were included,with a total of 9394 study objects,including 4451 in case group and 4943 in control group.The results showed that the combined OR value and 95%CI were 1.66 and(1.49,1.84),indicating that the intake of pickled food was positively correlated with the occurrence of liver cancer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of subgroup analysis showed that the heterogeneity of the studies with control subjects come from residents was lower than that from hospitals,indicating that different control sources might be the main source of heterogeneity in this study.Conclusion Intake pickled food may be a risk factor for primary liver cancer.It should vigorously promote the reduction of intake pickled food,improve the lifestyle with strong tastes,increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables,and finally resist the occurrence of liver cancer.
