足底静脉泵辅助治疗老年下肢骨折患者预防深静脉血栓的Meta分析

Meta analysis of prevention of deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with lower extremity fracture treated by sole vein pump

目的系统评价足底静脉泵辅助治疗老年下肢骨折患者预防深静脉血栓的效果,为临床护理提供循证依据。方法计算机检索相关数据库,应用Review Manager 5.3软件,对收集的足底静脉泵辅助治疗老年下肢骨折患者预防术后深静脉血栓的随机对照试验的数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入15篇相关文献,随机效应模型分析结果显示,观察组深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组[OR=0.48,95%CI(0.29,0.77),P=0.000]。结论在常规治疗护理的基础上,给予老年下肢骨折患者足底静脉泵辅助治疗,可预防深静脉血栓形成,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of sole vein pump on prevention of deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with lower extremity fracture,and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical nursing.Methods The related database was retrieved by computer,the collected data of randomized controlled trial for prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with lower extremity fracture treated by sole vein pump were analyzed by Meta analysis with Review Manager 5.3 software.Results A total of 15 relevant literatures were included,the results of random effect model analysis showed that the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[OR=0.48,95%CI(0.29,0.77),P=0.000].Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment and nursing,adjuvant treatment with sole vein pump for elderly patients with lower extremity fracture can prevent deep vein thrombosis and has good clinical application value.
