行气逐瘀解毒汤联合电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗对难治性肺炎患儿抗炎、促炎因子及血气分析指标的影响

Effects of Xingqi Zhuyu Jiedu decoction combined with electronic bronchoscope alveolar lavage on anti-inflammatory,pro-inflammatory factors and blood gas analysis indexes in children with refractory pneumonia

目的探讨行气逐瘀解毒汤联合电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗对难治性肺炎患儿抗炎、促炎因子及血气分析指标的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年12月收治的80例难治性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,以抽签法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗,观察组在此基础上联合行气逐瘀解毒汤治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的pH、PO2及PCO2均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用行气逐瘀解毒汤联合电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗难治性肺炎有助于提高治疗效果,改善患儿抗炎、促炎因子及血气分析指标,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xingqi Zhuyu Jiedu decoction combined with electronic bronchoscope alveolar lavage on anti-inflammatory,pro-inflammatory factors and blood gas analysis indexes in children with refractory pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with refractory pneumonia admitted from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electronic bronchoscope alveolar lavage,and the observation group was treated with Xingqi Zhuyu Jiedu decoction on this basis.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αin both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,pH,PO2 and PCO2 of the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingqi Zhuyu Jiedu decoction combined with electronic bronchoscope alveolar lavage is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect,antiinflammatory,pro-inflammatory factors and blood gas analysis indexes of children with refractory pneumonia,which is worthy of promotion.
