中药热敷、中医蜡疗和按摩疗法联用对中风偏瘫患者ADL评分及肢体功能的影响

Effects of TCM heat compress,TCM wax therapy and massage therapy on ADL score and limb function in patients with stroke and hemiplegia

目的探讨中药热敷、中医蜡疗和按摩疗法联用对中风偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分与肢体功能的影响。方法采用随机抽样法选取本院100例中风偏瘫患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例,常规康复训练法)和研究组(50例,常规康复训练法+中药热敷+中医蜡疗+按摩疗法)。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组ACA、MCA、PCA平均血流速度及ADL、FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中风偏瘫患者治疗中联用中药热敷、中医蜡疗、按摩疗法可改善颅内血流动力学,促进日常生活活动能力和肢体功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effects of TCM heat compress,TCM wax therapy and massage therapy on activity of daily living(ADL)score and limb function in patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 100 patients with stroke and hemiplegia in our hospital were selected by random sampling,and the patients were divided into control group(50 cases,routine rehabilitation training method)and study group(50 cases,routine rehabilitation training method+TCM heat compress+TCM wax therapy+massage therapy).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the average flow velocity of ACA,MCA,PCA and the scores of ADL and FMA in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with stroke and hemiplegia,TCM heat compress,TCM wax therapy and massage therapy can improve the intracranial hemodynamics,promote the recovery of activities of daily living and limb function.
