替硝唑联合大柴胡汤治疗颌面感染的临床效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

Clinical effect of tinidazole combined with Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of maxillofacial infection and its influence on the levels of serum inflammatory factors

目的分析替硝唑联合大柴胡汤治疗颌面感染的临床效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的110例颌面感染患者,随机将其分为试验组(55例,替硝唑+大柴胡汤)和参照组(55例,替硝唑)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为94.55%,明显高于参照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。试验组的张口困难、发热、口臭、红肿症状消失时间均明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1、hs-CRP水平均降低,且试验组明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替硝唑联合大柴胡汤治疗颌面感染的临床效果显著,可有效减轻患者的炎症反应及临床症状,且不良反应发生率较低。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tinidazole combined with Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of maxillofacial infection and its influence on the levels of serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 110 patients with maxillofacial infection admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(55 cases,tinidazole+Dachaihu decoction)and reference group(55 cases,tinidazole).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 72.73%in the reference group(P<0.05).The disappearance times of limitation of mouth opening,fever,halitosis and red and swollen in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After one week of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1 and hs-CRP in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tinidazole combined with Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of maxillofacial infection has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively alleviate the inflammatory reaction and clinical symptoms of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
