孕产妇跌倒风险评估表的设计与应用

Design and application of maternal fall risk assessment form

目的探讨自制孕产妇跌倒风险评估表的临床应用效果。方法将产科病房的5256例孕产妇按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各2628例。对照组采用Morse跌倒评估量表进行跌倒风险评估,观察组采用自制孕产妇跌倒风险评估表进行跌倒风险评估,根据评估结果给予不同的预防护理措施。比较两组孕产妇的跌倒发生情况及跌倒风险评估结果。结果观察组孕产妇跌倒总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组孕产妇跌倒风险高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制孕产妇跌倒风险评估表能够客观评估孕产妇的跌倒风险,筛查跌倒高危者,以便于及时有效实施针对性的预防护理措施,减少孕产妇跌倒的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of self-made maternal fall risk assessment form.Methods A total of 5256 maternal women in the maternity ward were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 2628 cases in each group.The control group used a Morse fall risk assessment form to evaluate the fall risk.The observation group used a self-made maternal fall risk assessment form to evaluate the fall risk.And different preventive nursing measures were given according to the evaluation results.The occurrence of maternal falls and fall risk assessment results were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of maternal falls in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fall rish of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made maternal fall risk assessment form can objectively assess the fall risk of pregnant women and screen high-risk fall women,so as to timely and effectively implement targeted preventive nursing measures and reduce the occurrence of maternal fall.
