舒适护理在无创机械通气治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用价值

Application value of comfortable nursing in the COPD patients with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive mechanical ventilation

目的探讨舒适护理在无创机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的200例进行无创机械通气治疗的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采用舒适护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的RR、HR、PaO2、SaO2、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、PEF、FVC、SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院环境、心理、肢体、护理操作评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的症状、日常活动能力、疾病对日常生活影响评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在无创机械通气治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果显著,可明显改善临床指标及通气功能,提高患者舒适度及心理状态。

Objective To explore the application value of comfortable nursing in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 200 COPD patients with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive mechanical ventilation admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and the observation,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the RR,HR,PaO2,SaO2,FEV1/FVC,MMEF,PEF,FVC,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of hospitalization environment,psychology,limbs and nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms,activities of daily living and the influence of diseases on daily life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing has significant application effect in COPD patients with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive mechanical ventilation,which can significantly improve the clinical indicators,ventilation function,the comfort level and psychological state of patients.
