医院输血科与血站信息系统联网对输血安全性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究医院输血科与血站信息系统联网对输血安全性的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年11月于我院行手术治疗并需输血的患者186例,将其随机分为研究组(93例,医院输血科与血站信息系统联网)与对照组(93例,医院输血科未与血站信息系统联网)。比较两组血液发放的正确性、及时性、工作成本、工作效率、输血不良事件发生情况及输血科管理质量。结果研究组的血液品种、血型、数量正确率均高于对照组,发血时长短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的纸质、人工成本及工作效率评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的输血不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组输血科管理质量各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院输血科与血站建立信息系统联网能有效确保患者用血安全性,可避免出现血源性感染,降低医院与血站的工作成本,提升血液质量、工作人员效率及输血科管理质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the influence of information system networking between hospital blood transfusion department and blood station on safety of blood transfusion.Methods A total of 186 patients who received surgical treatment and needed blood transfusion in our hospital from May 2017 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group(93 cases,hospital blood transfusion department was connected with blood station information system networking)and control group(93 cases,hospital blood transfusion department was not connected with blood station information system networking).The correctness and timeliness of blood distribution,work cost,work efficiency,adverse events of blood transfusion and management quality of blood transfusion department were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy rates of blood variety,blood type and quantity in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the the time of giving out blood was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The paper cost,labor cost and work efficiency scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of blood transfusion adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The each dimension scores and total score of blood transfusion department management quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of information system networking between hospital blood transfusion department and blood station can effectively ensure the safety of patients’blood use,it can avoid blood borne infection,reduce the work cost of hospital and blood station,and improve the blood quality,staff efficiency and the management quality of blood transfusion department,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
