NaCl胁迫对甘草生长和渗透调节物质积累的影响 被引量:9

THE EFFECTS OF NaCl STRESS ON GROWTH AND ACCUMULATION OF PENETRATION ADJUSTMENT SUBSTANCES IN Glycyrrhiza

摘要 本研究以甘草幼苗为试材,以不同浓度(0 mmol·L^-1、50 mmol·L^-1、100 mmol·L^-1、150 mmol·L^-1、200 mmol·L^-1)NaCl溶液浇灌培养进行盐胁迫处理,分别于胁迫后15 d、30 d对甘草植株生长以及根叶生理生化指标进行测定。结果显示:低浓度NaCl(50 mmol·L^-1)胁迫下,甘草植株生长健壮,根系发达,并能保持正常的生理活动;一定浓度NaCl(100 mmol·L^-1)胁迫下,甘草植物生长良好,同时根叶渗透调节物质有所升高,束缚水/自由水升高,相对含水量维持较高水平;高浓度NaCl(200 mmol·L^-1)胁迫下,甘草根叶渗透调节物质虽有所升高,但相对含水量下降辐度较大,植株生长明显受抑,叶片黄化。综合分析认为,甘草植株对低浓度盐胁迫(50 mmol·L^-1NaCl)具有良好适应性,对较高浓度盐胁迫(100~200 mmol·L^-1NaCl)具有一定耐受性,渗透调节是其抵御盐胁迫的重要生理反应之一,且不同器官不同胁迫时间发挥渗透调节功能的物质有所不同。 This study used glycyrrhiza seedlings as test materials,use different concentrations of NaCl(0 mmol·L^-1、50 mmol·L^-1、100 mmol·L^-1、150 mmol·L^-1、200 mmol·L^-1)to culture for salt stress treatment,The growth of glycyrrhiza and the physiological and biochemical indexes of roots and leaves were determined after stress at 15 and 30 days.The results show:after the stress of low concentrations(50 mmol·L^-1),the glycyrrhiza grows robustly and it has a developed root system,and maintains normal physiological activities;after the stress of certain concentration(100 mmol·L^-1),the glycyrrhiza grow well and the penetration adjustment substance of root has increased at the same time,the ratio between bound water and free water has increased and the relative water content has maintained a high level;after the stress of high concentrations(200 mmol·L^-1),although the penetration adjustment substance of root has increased a little,the relative water content has decreased rapidly,the growth of plant has obviously inhibited,the leaves of plants turned yellow.The analysis has shown that the glycyrrhiza has better adaptability after the stress of low concentrations(50 mmol·L^-1),the glycyrrhiza grow after the stress of high concentrations(100~200 mmol·L^-1)has certain tolerance,penetration adjustment is one of the important physiological responses to resist salt stress,the main substances that played the role of penetration adjustment function in different organs are different after stress time.
