摘要
本试验以百合N3、N4、N6、N9、N140、N141、N142、N143、N82和兰州百合为材料,通过测定叶片相对含水量、脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和SOD酶活性等抗旱性相关的生理指标,研究10种食用百合抗旱性。结果表明,抗旱性好的食用百合为N82和N140;抗旱性较好的品种为N143和N6;抗旱性较差的品种为N3、兰州百合、N9;抗旱性差的百合品种为N142、N4和N141。
In this experiment,several lilies were used as materials.The physiological indexes related to drought resistance,such as leaf relative water content,proline and chlorophyll content,were measured.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of SOD enzyme were used to discuss the drought resistance of 10 lily cultivar.The results showed that cultivars with best draught restance were N82 and N140;the better drought resistance were N6 and N143;the poor drought resistance were N3,N9 and Lilium davidii var.;the worst drought resistance were N141,N4 and N142.
