地方猪耐粗饲和肉质性状形成的微生物代谢机制 被引量:8

摘要 地方猪具有耐粗饲、肉质优良等种质特性。本文基于肠道微生物,分析饲粮对肠道微生物菌群组成和功能的影响、肠道微生物在粗饲料利用中的作用以及肠道微生物-肠-脑轴调节宿主代谢影响营养物质利用和脂肪沉积的机制,探讨地方猪对粗饲料的利用和肉质性状形成的分子基础,为充分利用地方猪耐粗饲和优良肉质性状、提高生产效率提供理论基础,也为耐粗饲和优良肉质性状地方品种猪培育奠定基础。 Local pigs have the characteristics of coarse feeding tolerance,good meat quality and so on. Based on gut microbes,the present article review the effects of diet on the compositions and functions of intestinal microbial flora,the role of gut microbes in the utilization of roughage,and the regulatory mechanism of gut microbes-gut-brain axis on host metabolism,as well as nutrient utilization and fat deposition,the molecular basis of resistance of crude feed and meat quality traits. The review will provide the theoretical foundation for taking full advantage of excellent forage and meat quality traits and improving production efficiency,and lay the foundations for varieties breeding of local pigs.
