不同添加量的发酵饲料对1~55日龄肉鹅生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫指标的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Fermentation Diets of Different Supplementation on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Immune Indexes of Meat Geese at 1 to 55 Days of Age

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同添加量的发酵饲料对1~55日龄肉鹅生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫指标的影响。采用完全随机试验设计,选取1日龄、健康的肉鹅720只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加2.5%、5.0%和7.5%发酵饲料的试验饲粮。试验期共55 d,分为1~15日龄和16~55日龄2个阶段。结果表明:在生长性能方面,与对照组相比,3个试验组的末重、平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)均没有显著差异(P>0.05),其中2.5%、5.0%和7.5%组末重分别提高了1.94%、1.79%和2.56%,2.5%、5.0%和7.5%组ADG分别提高了1.97%、1.82%和2.57%。在血清生化指标方面,与对照组相比,2.5%组血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性以及甘油三酯(TG)含量差异不显著(P>0.05),5.0%和7.5%组的血清中AKP和ACP活性以及TG含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清AKP活性分别降低了55.48%和59.59%,血清ACP活性分别降低了37.28%和43.79%,血清TG含量分别降低了30.25%和16.67%。在血清免疫指标方面,对照组与试验组血清免疫相关指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综合各项指标,在1~55日龄肉鹅饲粮中添加7.5%发酵饲料的饲喂效果优于添加2.5%和5.0%发酵饲料。 This study was designed to investigate the effects of fermented diets of different supplementation on the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes and immune indexes of meat geese at 1 to 55 days of age.A total of 720 healthy,1-day-old meat geese were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates and 30 replicates each in a completely randomized trial design.Meat geese in the control group fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups fed the basal diet added with 2.5%,5.0%and 7.5%fermented diets,respectively.The experiment lasted for 55 d,which included 2 stages of 1 to 15 days of age and 16 to 55 days of age.The results showed that compared with control group,there were no significant differences in final weight,average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed/gain(F/G)in the three test groups(P>0.05),final weight in 2.5%,5.0%and 7.5%groups increased by 1.94%,1.79%and 2.56%,respectively;ADG in 2.5%,5.0%and 7.5%groups increased by 1.97%,1.82%and 2.57%,respectively.In terms of serum biochemical indexes,compared with the control group,the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and acid phosphatase(ACP)and the content of triglyceride(TG)in serum in 2.5%group were not significantly different(P>0.05).Serum AKP and ACP activities and the content of TG in 5.0%and 7.5%groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the activity of AKP in serum decreased by 55.48%and 59.59%,and the activity of ACP decreased by 37.28%and 43.79%,and the content of TG decreased by 30.25%and 16.67%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the control group and the test groups in serum immune indexes(P>0.05).Combined with each index,the feeding effects of adding 7.5%fermented diet in the diets of geese at 1 to 55 days of age are better than those of adding 2.5%and 5.0%fermented diets.
