冬奥背景下河北省三级综合医院人才发展战略及对策研究

Research on talent development strategy and countermeasures of Hebei three-level general hospital under the background of Winter Olympics

2022年北京·张家口冬奥会申办成功后,北京市与河北省尤其是张家口市三级综合医院展开了广泛的合作关系,在学科建设、技术支持、人才培养等方面进行深入全面的合作,共同为奥运会提供医疗保障.本文就奥运医疗保障主体河北省三级综合医院人才发展的现状和存在的问题进行阐述,对如何借助冬奥会带来的机遇,针对性地提升自身人才发展战略,提出相应的对策思路,有较强的理论价值和实践意义.

After winning the bid for the 2022 Beijing·Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Games,Beijing and Hebei Province,especially Zhangjiakou three-level general hospitals,have developed extensive cooperative relations and conducted in-depth and comprehensive cooperations in discipline construction,technical support,talent training and other aspects to jointly provide medical security for the olympic games.This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of the talent development of tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province,the main body of the Olympic medical security,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the talent development strategy by taking advantage of the opportunities brought by the Winter Olympics,which has strong theoretical value and practical significance.
