动态演化视角下企业家精神与商业模式创新关系研究——以尚品宅配为例

Research on the relationship between entrepreneurship and business model innovation from the perspective of dynamic evolution:A Case Study of Shangpin Home Collection

中国改革开放40多年来,造就了一大批知名企业家,培养了具有优良品质的企业家精神。企业能否得以延续,在很大程度上取决于它能否对商业模式进行创新,而企业家精神对于商业模式创新发挥着重要的促进作用。在将企业家精神分为个体企业家精神、组织企业家精神和社会企业家精神,并在区分简单线性、反馈控制和复杂系统三类商业模式创新及其特征总结的框架上,基于动态演化视角,以尚品宅配为例进行深入的探索性研究,突破了之前关于企业家精神和商业模式之间简单、线性的视角分析,有助于打开企业家精神与商业模式创新之间关系的“黑箱”,补充并丰富现有的理论研究,对企业发挥企业家精神促进商业模式创新具有重要的参考价值。

Over the 40 years of reform and open policies in China,a large number of well-known entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurship with the ability of sustained innovation and imitation have been created.To a great extent,the lasting of enterprises rests with their business model innovation,and the spirit of the entrepreneur plays an important role in the business model innovation.In this paper,entrepreneurship is divided into individual entrepreneurship,organizational entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship.And according to the framework of distinguishing three types of business model innovation of simple linearity,feedback control and complex system together with the summary of their characteristics,this paper conducts an exploratory research on a case of Shangpin Home Collection from the perspective of dynamic evolution,so as to break through the previous perspective analysis,open the“black box”of the relationship between entrepreneurship and business model innovation,and enrich the existing theoretical research.It can have an important referential value for enterprises to promote the business model innovation by giving a full play to entrepreneurship.
