摘要
介绍了某铀矿采用无轨机械化上向分层充填采矿法采矿的工艺流程,从采场布置及结构参数、无轨设备配置、采切工程布置、回采工艺等方面,提出了实际生产中存在的问题,制定了相应的改进措施,消除了采场安全隐患,缩短了充填周期,降低了劳动强度,提高了矿山本质安全度。无轨机械化上向分层充填采矿法在该铀矿12-1采场的应用,取得了良好的效果。
The mining process of a uranium mine trackless mechanized upward slicing and filling mining method was introduced,from the stope layout and structural parameters,the configuration of the trackless equipment,the mining and cutting engineering layout,and the mining process and so on,put forward the problems in actual production,and formulated corresponding improvement measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of mining site safety,shorten the filling cycle,reduce the labor intensity,and improve the intrinsic safety of the mine.The application of trackless mechanized upward slicing-filling mining method in 12-1 stope was achieved good results.
