摘要
某铀矿采用密实移动床水冶工艺,通过漂洗工序将小粒径树脂从工艺系统分离。因漂洗塔集液盘呈敞开状,漂洗过程中一定比例的大粒径树脂会随漂洗尾液经集液盘流出。为此,在漂洗塔顶与排水井新增嵌入式筛板,以避免大粒径树脂损失、从而节约生产成本;在集液盘安装密封罩,实现降低区域内氡及子体含量并杜绝电化学腐蚀的目的。
A uranium mine adopts the hydrometallurgical technology of compact moving bed,and the resin with small particle size is separated from the process system.Because the collecting tray of the rinsing tower is open,and a certain proportion of resin with large particle size still flow out of the tray during rinsing.Installing seal cover on the liquid collecting tray and adding embedded sieve plate on the top of rinsing tower and drainage well,the content of radon and daughters in the region can be reduced,electrochemical corrosion can be prevented,resin loss of large particle size can be avoided,and production cost can be saved.
