某铀矿萃取槽结构优化设计

摘要 针对某铀矿萃取槽水路不畅、产品质量不断恶化、操作不便等问题,对萃取槽搅拌桨、萃取重相口和饱有洗水出口等进行了重新设计和改造。改造后相口结构更加简化,萃取工艺运行稳定,操作便捷,各出口实现自动控制,萃取有机相连续性加强,产品质量得到明显改善。 In view of the problems of the extraction tank of a uranium mine,such as the water path is not smooth,the product quality is deteriorating,and the operation is inconvenient,etc.,the impeller of the extraction tank,the extraction heavy phase port and the saturated washing water outlet are recalculated and reformed.After the transformation,the phase port structure is more simplified,the extraction process is stable and easy to operate,each outlet realizes automatic control,the extraction organic phase continuity is strengthened,and the product quality is obviously improved.
