瑶医庞桶药浴治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Yao medicine Pangtong medicinal bath for treating rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察瑶医庞桶药浴治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法将60例RA患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组加用瑶医庞桶药浴治疗,两组患者疗程均为12周。比较两组患者治疗前后关节压痛、关节肿胀、关节活动评分及晨僵时间、血沉、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,以及治疗12周后治疗总有效率和6个月后复发率。结果治疗12周后,两组患者关节压痛、关节肿胀、关节活动评分及晨僵时间、血沉、CRP水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组上述指标改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗12周后观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合瑶医庞桶药浴治疗RA,可有效地改善患者临床症状,并降低复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yao medicine Pangbong medicinal bath for treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Sixty RA patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were treated with methotrexate,the control group received additional Yao medicine Pangtong medicinal bath,and the course of treatment was 12 weeks in both groups.Joint tenderness,joint swelling and joint motion scores as well as morning stiffness time and levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the total effective rate for treatment 12 weeks after treatment and the recurrence rate six weeks after treatment were compared as well.Results Twelve weeks after treatment,joint tenderness,joint swelling and joint motion scores as well as morning stiffness time and levels of ESR and CRP were improved in both groups as compared with the pre-therapeutic,and the improvement in the indices mentioned above in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(all P<0.05);twelve weeks after treatment,the total effective rate for treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after a follow-up of six months,the observation group had a lower recurrence rate than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined with Yao medicine Pangbong medicinal bath can improve patients′clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence rate in RA.
