虚假评论特征研究

摘要 虚假评论的存在极大降低了在线评论的可信度与参考价值。虚假评论有着不同于真实评论的目的和动机,所以虚假评论会表现出与真实评论不同的特征属性。以虚假评论的目的和动机为切入点,采用内容分析法,从评论文本、评论者行为两个方面对虚假评论特征进行深入的归纳、分析和总结。为建立更有效的虚假评论识别算法或机制提供理论依据,为建立诚实有序的电商市场规范提供实践参考。
