中国参加世界技能大赛历程及对北京地区职业院校专业规划的启示

The Course of China's Participation in the World Skills Competition and its Inspiration to the Professional Planning of Vocational Colleges in Beijing

世界技能大赛被誉为“技能界奥林匹克”,代表着世界技能教育和训练的最高水平。我国自1991年提出“向国际技能竞赛进军”目标,至2010年正式加入世界技能组织,其间历程曲折,甚至曾一度中断停顿。从2011年起中国连续参加五届世界技能大赛,不仅夺得金牌总数第一的优异成绩,而且确定了中国技能的国际领先地位。北京地区职业院校专业规划应借鉴世界技能大赛项目设置,重点集中在信息与通信技术、社会及个人服务、运输与后勤、创意艺术与时尚等现代信息服务、文化创意产业领域。

Known as the“Olympics of skills”,the World Skills Competition represents the highest level of skill education and training in the world.Since China put forward the goal of“march to the international Skill Competition”in 1991,it even once interrupted during the course of twists and turns,and it formally joined the world Skill Organization in 2010.Since 2011,China has participated in five consecutive World Skill Competitions,which not only won the first place in the total number of gold MEDALS,but also confirmed China's international leading position in skills.The professional planning of vocational colleges in Beijing should draw lessons from the project setting of the World Skills Competition,focusing on the fields of information and communication technology,social and personal services,transportation and logistics,creative arts and fashion and other modern information services and cultural and creative industries.
