摘要
介绍了先进高强钢的种类以及缺陷的特殊性,分析了其生产过程中最容易产生的表面黑点和边裂两类缺陷产生的根本原因,并提出了控制措施。认为黑点缺陷是热轧氧化铁皮酸洗不净造成的;而连退带钢边裂缺陷遗传自酸轧边裂。热轧氧化铁皮黑点缺陷可以通过加大破鳞机延伸率并优化酸洗工艺参数进行控制;边裂缺陷可通过在ODS订单设计系统中建立双切边路径,有效阻断边裂缺陷的遗传性,消除断带事故,确保先进高强钢边部质量。
This paper introduces the types of advanced high strength steel and the particularity of defects,analyzes the root causes of surface black spot and edge crack which are easily produced in the production process of advanced high strength steel,and puts forward the control measures.It is considered that the black spot defect is caused by the unclean pickling of hot-rolled oxide scale,while the edge crack defect of continuous annealing strip is inherited from acid rolling.The hot rolling scale black spot defect can be controlled by increasing the elongation of the scale breaker and optimizing the pickling process parameters;the edge crack defect can be effectively blocked by setting up a double trimming path in the ODS order design system,which can effectively block the heredity of the edge crack defect,eliminate the belt breaking accident,and ensure the edge quality of advanced high strength steel.
