摘要
层冷温度是热轧产线控制的重要参数之一,其控制好坏直接影响板卷组织性能的稳定性。介绍了层冷模型的3个主体模型。从终轧温控、轧制速度变化、自学习控制等方面研究了层冷温度控制中的常见问题,并提出了优化措施。通过优化自学习条件、参数、温度调整策略等,层冷温度控制精度得到大幅提升。
The layer cooling temperature is one of the important parameters in hot rolling production line control,which directly affects the stability of the structure and properties of the coil.Three main models of the layer cooling model are introduced in this paper.The common problems in layer cooling temperature control are studied from the aspects of finishing rolling temperature control,rolling speed change and self-learning control,and the optimization measures are put forward.By optimizing self-learning conditions,parameters and temperature adjustment strategy,the control accuracy of layer cooling temperature has been greatly improved.
