摘要 液压驱动链锯是用于水下作业的切割工具,切割C25标准钢筋混凝土楼板块时金刚石锯链切割紧边张力较大;金刚石锯链所受动载荷对金刚石锯链张力影响最大,动载荷与链轮的转速、金刚石锯链节距、金刚石锯链每米重量及紧边长度成正比,其中链轮转速对它的影响最大;切割混凝土功率消耗为2.85kW,锯切混凝土效率为0.93m2/h,每米金刚石锯链锯切面积为16.7m2/m。 The hydraulic driven chain saw is applied for underwater operation.During C25 standard reinforced concrete floor plate being cut,the tension of tight edge of diamond saw chain turned large;the dynamic load of diamond saw chainhad the greatest influence on the tension of diamond saw chainand was proportional to the rotation speed of chain wheel,the pitch of diamond saw chain,the weight per meter of diamond saw chain,and the length of tight edge,among which the rotation speed of chain wheel was the majorone.The power consumption of cutting concrete was 2.85kw,the efficiency of sawing concrete 0.93m2/h,and the sawing area of diamond saw chain per meter 16.7m2/m.
