液压马达驱动金刚石钻切在洞采中应用的可行性研究

摘要 公司为响应绿色矿山建设号召所研发的洞采设备,拟采用液压马达驱动金刚石绳锯切削、金刚石钻头钻扩。文章旨在通过对现有金刚石绳锯机的电机直驱与洞采设备考虑采用的液压驱动进行优劣技术对比分析。对液压驱动应用于洞采设备上进行可行性理论分析研究与方案设计,通过液压马达驱动实现洞采设备钻扩、绳切主要功能。 In response to the call of green mine construction,the company planed to use hydraulic motor to drive diamond wire saw cutting and diamond bit drilling and expanding.This article focused on comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the motor direct drive adopted by the existingdiamond wire saw machineand the the hydraulic driveto be applied in cave mining equipment.The feasibility theory analysis research and scheme design of hydraulic drive applied to cave mining equipment were carried out,and the main functions of drilling and expansion and rope cutting of cave mining equipment were realized by hydraulic motor driving.
