金刚石是世界上物理和化学性能最优异的材料之一,它的全方位的优良特性显示它具有广阔的应用前景和很大的潜力市场,它被材料学家誉为21世纪材料。面对今天新材料高速发展的挑战,在金刚石薄膜研究和应用领域,需要不断开发和完善CVD金刚石生长技术,开拓CVD金刚石膜在更高层次的声学、热学、光学、电学应用。
Diamond is one of the most excellent materials in physical and chemical properties in the world.Its all-round excellent properties show that it has broad application prospects and great potential market.It is named as the 21st century material by material scientists.For the challenge of high-speed development of new materials,it is necessary to improve the CVD diamond growth technology,and develop the application of CVD diamond film in acoustics,heat,optics and electricity to a higher level of the field of diamond film research and application.
