阿奇霉素联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果观察 被引量:2

Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Azithromycin Combined with Terbutaline on Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

摘要 目的探讨阿奇霉素联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取80例小儿支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,所有患儿接受基础治疗的基础上,对照组患儿采取阿奇霉素贯疗法,观察组采取阿奇霉素贯疗法联合特布他林雾化吸入的治疗方式,对比分析两组患儿的治疗有效率、CPIS评分、小气道功能指标、呼吸功能指标和免疫功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率100%与对照组的治疗总有效率95%之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)治疗后的观察组的CPIS评分明显高于对照组患儿(P>0.05),观察组的小气道功能改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。PaO2/FiO2、PaO2改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),RR方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IgG、IgA、C3、C4较对照组高(P<0.05),IgM较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果显著,能有效改善患儿免疫功能和呼吸功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of Azithromycin combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into control group and observation group. On the basis of basic treatment, the control group was treated with azithromycin penetration therapy, while the observation group was treated with azithromycin penetration therapy combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation. The treatment efficiency, CPIS score, small airway function index of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Respiratory function index and immune function index. Results There was no significant difference between the total effective rate of 100% in the observation group and 95% in the control group(P>0.05). After treatment, the CPIS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05). The improvement of small airway function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The improvement effect of PaO2/FiO2 and PaO2 was better than that of the control group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in RR(P>0.05). IgG, IgA, C3 and C4 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and IgM was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Atomization inhalation of Azithromycin combined with terbutaline is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, and can effectively improve the immune function and respiratory function of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.
