小儿腹泻采用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗的临床作用

Clinical Effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Tablets Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in Treating Diarrhea in Children

目的探究双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取我院于2016年2月至2019年1月收治的腹泻患儿86例,将患儿进行随机分组,对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组选用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率、症状缓解时间和免疫功能指标。结果研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),体温、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐症状恢复时间均少于对照组(P <0.05),两组患儿治疗前的IgA、IgG、CD4/CD8指标差异不大(P> 0.05),治疗后两组的IgA、IgG、CD4/CD8指标均升高(P <0.05),且研究组的IgA、IgG、CD4/CD8指标比对照组高(P <0.05)。结论使用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻时,能够提高治疗效率,增强免疫力,缩短临床症状缓解时间,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bifidobacterium triple viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 86 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder. The study group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder. The treatment efficiency, symptom relief time and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the recovery time of body temperature, abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting symptoms was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). the indexes of IgA, IgG, CD4/CD8 in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05). after treatment, the indexes of IgA, IgG, CD4/CD8 in the two groups were all increased(P<0.05), and the indexes of IgA, IgG, CD4/CD8 in the study group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, enhance the immunity of the body, shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms, and have higher application value.
