门诊近视儿童戴镜依从性与家长相关知识、态度和行为之间的关系

Adherence of Children with Myopia in Outpatient Clinics to Wearing Glasses and Parents Relationship between Knowledge, Attitudes and Behaviour

目的对门诊近视儿童戴镜依从性与家长相关知识、态度和行为之间的关系进行研究分析,为今后的临床治疗工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择2018年3月至2019年9月我院视光门诊收治的5~14岁近视儿童400例作为研究对象,对其展开问卷调查,了解戴镜情况,并对家长对近视相关知识、态度、行为等共计15项内容展开调查,对儿童戴镜依从性与家长相关知识、态度、行为之间的相关性进行统计。结果本次调查中,戴镜依从性良好者共计128例(32.00%),家长知信行得分平均为(12.2±1.5)分;依从性一般者172例(43.00%),家长知信行得分平均为(9.6±2.1)分;依从性差者100例(25.00%),家长知信行得分平均为(6.9±1.1)分。依从性好者家长知信行得分显著高于依从性一般、依从性差组,儿童戴镜依从性与家长知信行得分呈现明显正相关。结论视光门诊近视儿童戴镜依从性相对较低,家长对近视相关知识的了解不足,未能实施良好的防控意识与行为,在今后的临床工作中应对其给予足够的重视。

Objective To study and analyze the relationship between wearing glasses compliance and parents’ knowledge, attitude and behavior in outpatient myopia children, and to provide valuable reference for future clinical treatment. Methods 400 myopia children aged 5-14 years in our optometry clinic from March 2018 to september 2019 were selected as the research subjects to carry out a questionnaire survey to understand the situation of wearing glasses, and to investigate 15 items of parents’ knowledge, attitude, behavior and so on about myopia, and to make statistics on the correlation between children’s wearing glasses compliance and parents’ relevant knowledge, attitude and behavior. Results In this survey, a total of 128 cases(32.00%) with good adherence to wearing glasses, the average score of parents’ knowledge belief was(12.2±1.5) points, 172 cases(43.00%) with general compliance, the average score of parents’ knowledge and belief was(9.6±2.1) points, and 100 cases(25.00%) with poor compliance. The scores of parents with good compliance were significantly higher than those with general compliance and poor compliance. Conclusion The compliance of myopia children in optometry outpatient clinic is relatively low, the parents’ knowledge of myopia is not enough, and the awareness and behavior of prevention and control can not be carried out well.
