摘要
目的研究对甲状腺切除手术患者在进行麻醉时通过瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚进行应用所取得的麻醉效果。方法本文研究对象来自2017年4月至2018年10月我院收治的进行甲状腺切除手术的患者88例,将所有患者以随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组患者平均为44例。对所有患者均落实甲状腺切除手术治疗,同时为患者配合麻醉。对照组在进行麻醉的过程中选择异丙酚进行麻醉,观察组在麻醉的过程中应用瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚进行麻醉,对两种不同麻醉所取得的效果进行评价比较。结果观察组麻醉优良40例,麻醉优良率为90.91%,对照组麻醉优良35例,麻醉优良率为79.55%,观察组麻醉优良率高于对照组,P <0.05,差异存在统计学意义;观察组出现不良反应5例,占11.36%,对照组不良反应12例,占27.27%,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,P <0.05,差异存在统计学意义;观察组的自主呼吸恢复时间、意识清醒时间、拔管时间分别为(5.29±1.23)min、(7.53±3.56)min、(8.75±2.41)min,对照组分别为(7.65±2.71)min、(15.96±3.81)、(18.32±0.84)min,P <0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论对甲状腺切除手术患者在麻醉时为患者应用瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚能够有效提升麻醉的质量,降低不良反应对患者的影响,改善患者的相关循环系统指标,促进患者麻醉的清醒,值得推广。
Objective To study the anesthesia effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in the anesthesia of patients undergoing thyroidectomy. Methods The subjects of this study were 88 patients who underwent thyroidectomy in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with an average of 44 patients in each group. All patients were treated with thyroidectomy and anesthesia. The control group was anesthetized with propofol in the process of anesthesia, and the observation group was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol in the process of anesthesia, and the effects of the two different anesthesia were evaluated and compared. Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia was 90.91% in the observation group, and 79.55% in the control group. The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Adverse reactions occurred in 5 cases(11.36%) in the observation group, and in 12 cases(27.27%) in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The recovery time of spontaneous breathing, consciousness awake time and extubation time of the observation group were(5.29±1.23) min,(7.53±3.56) min,(8.75±2.41) min, respectively, and the control group were(7.65±2.71) min,(15.96±3.81) min,(18.32±0.84) min, respectively, P<0.05, indicating statistically significant differences. Conclusion The application of remifentanil combined with propofol in anesthesia for patients with thyroidectomy can effectively improve the quality of anesthesia, reduce the influence of adverse reactions on patients, improve the patients’ relevant circulatory system indicators, and promote the patients’ anesthesia sobriety, which is worthy of promotion.
