无张力疝修补手术治疗成人疝气的疗效

Treatment of Adult Hernia by Tension-free Hernia Repair

目的探讨无张力疝修补手术在成人疝气中的治疗效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月我院收治的86例成人疝气患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分组为观察组与对照组各43例,予以观察组患者无张力疝修补手术治疗,予以对照组患者传统疝气修补手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗与护理,观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、治疗总有效率以及并发症发生率分别为(36.6±3.5)min、(23.5±6.5)mL、(1.6±0.2)d、95.3%、7.0%,均显著优于对照组患者的(47.2±5.4)min、(40.3±7.7)mL、(4.8±0.5)d、83.7%、18.6%,且差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对成人疝气患者采取无张力疝修补手术进行治疗,能够有效缩短手术所需时间并减少患者的术中出血量,患者术后康复速度更快、临床治疗效果也更加理想,值得在临床作进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of non-attractive hernia repair in adult hernia. Methods 86 adult hernia patients in our hospital from december 2017 to december 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The patients in the observation group and the control group were divided into 43 cases by random number table method. The patients in the observation group were treated with tension-free hernia repair and the control group with traditional hernia repair. Results After treatment and nursing, the operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time, total effective rate and complication rate were(36.6±3.5)min,(23.5±6.5) mL,(1.6±0.2) days, 95.3%, 7.0%, were significantly better than those in the control group(47.2±5.4) min,(40.3±7.7) mL,(4.8±0.5) and the differences were statistically significant(P5) min,(23.5±0.0). Conclusion The treatment of adult hernia patients with tension-free herniaiorrhaphy can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of blood loss during operation. The recovery rate is faster and the clinical effect is better. One step promotion.
